The majority of the action is situated around this
location as the site is staked out by the police and Arthur, Terry, Justin and
Self-Inflicted return to try and set fire to the van full of stolen electrical
goods sold to Arthur by Justin's mate Morrie.
This location is hardly recognizable these days, but the distinctive People's
Hall, built in 1901 can be seen in both shots.
If you watch the episode carefully you can see the street name as Fat Charlie
(Roy Kinnear) approaches in his breakdown truck.
