In series 1 Terry's flat was in two different locations.

We first see a glimpse of Terry's flat in the episode 2 of the series The Smaller They Are.
Terry's flat is used to hide Stubbs's double George Wilson and Terry returns there to find him gone.

ST. JOHNS HILL GROVE, SW11

In series one, episode 5 The Bounty Hunter Terry seems to have moved to a different flat.
At the start of this episode Des goes around to find Terry to ask him for his help.

Series 2 and Series 3

In series 2 and series 3, Terry's flat was very distinctive and can be found at on Glazbury Road W14 at the junction with Gwendwr Road. As you can see from the photos below not a lot has changed in the 25 years from the filming and the distinctive double entrance to the steps is still there today.

Series 4 and Series 5

In series 4 Terry has moved to the corner of Highlever Road and Barlby Road in Kensington. Again, this location has changed very little in the years since Minder was filmed there.
