Five different locations were used throughout the entire main run of the series, with a new sixth location used for The Archie Daley Series in 2009.

This location is used throughout series 1. According to Dean, this was a real club at the time of filming, probably called The Eaton.
As you can see from the pictures, the original club is almost unrecognisable these days.

Series 2, 4, 5 and 6

This location is in Portland Rd W11, Notting Hill. The doorway used for the entrance to the Winchester Club is at 133a Portland Rd directly next door to a bar called “Julies”. In many episodes Arthur is seen getting in or out of his car outside the club. In the series 2 episode "A Lot of Bull & A Pat On The Back" the farmer's Rolls is seen approaching the club passing the pub The Portland Arms (this is no longer a pub and is now a restaurant). This location was used in series two.

Out of interest, the location was also used in the series four episode of The Sweeney entitled 'Nightmare'
- notice in the right hand picture that Regan (John Thaw) walks right up to number 133!

In series 3 the club had moved to this location just a few streets away from Arthur's lockup near Kew Railway Bridge.
