Series 1 Episode 1 - Gunfight at the OK Laundrette

The main location for the first ever episode of Minder is the OK Launderette. It has still remained virtually unchanged since the filming and is still a launderette. It is situated in Danebury Ave, Roehampton, London SW15.

At the start of the the episode we see another OK Launderette, located on the corner of Grey's Inn Road and Northington Street WC1

THE POLICE STATION - THEN & NOW

At the end of the episode Terry is taken to a police station for questioning.
It is here we see Chisolm for the very first time with long hair!

This police station also featured in a final series episode of The Sweeney entitled "Messenger Of The Gods". It is located in Heckfield Place, Fulham, near Fulham Broadway. It is still a police station today though I don't think you'll find Arthur and Terry in there these days.
