At the start of this episode we see Big Stan appear from a flat in which Scotch Harry is hiding out,
situated on the corner of Vernon Street, Hammersmith W14.

Stan then trots off to find Arthur at the Winchester Club and walks along Southcombe Street itself.

When Scotch Harry is explaining to Arthur and Terry about his escape from Rycott, we only catch a glimpse of this building.

When Scotch Harry is explaining to Arthur and Terry about his escape from Rycott, we see him run along Munden Street.
Geographically, this is just two streets away from where his flat is located!

He then darts into an alleyway where he eventually gets food thrown on him (just off Munden Street).

Later on in the episode, Arthur checks Scotch Harry and Big Stan into a hotel
supposedly "incognito".
This hotel is now called "The Royal Sussex Hotel".
