In series 1 Terry's flat was located in two different locations.

We first see a glimpse of Terry's flat in the episode 2 of the series The Smaller They Are.
Terry's flat is used to hide Stubbs's double George Wilson and Terry returns there to find him gone.

In episode 5 of series 1 The The Bounty Hunter, Terry seems to have moved to a different flat.
At the start of this episode Des goes around to find Terry to ask him for his help.

Series 2

In series 2 Terry's flat was very distinctive. It can be found at 19 Glazbury Road W14 at the junction with Gwendwr Road. As you can see from the photos below not a lot has changed in the 25 years from the filming and the distinctive double entrance to the garden is still there today.
