At 23m14s, Chisholm & Jones arrive at this housing estate looking for Micky. Watney's Distilleries bought the land in around 1980 and tenants on this estate were rehoused over the next few years.

This entire estate was demolished around 1983 and has more recently been the site of 'Access Self Storage'.
