Vlad explains 'Amongst the recently built housing you can spot the yellow brick hall (the now Lousie Blouin Institute) which due to its coveted listed status remains one of the dying vestiges of old Frestonia. Once described by Charles Dickens as 'A Plague-ridden spot, scarcely equalled in its insalubrity as any other in London' has been in various states of disrepair until recently.'

At 29 minutes Fribbins meets Apsimon again to tell him about Arthur and Terry and what they are up against. Due to much redevelopment in this area it is difficult to pinpoint exactly where this is, but with the arched bridge in Bard Road visible in both shots (right hand side of the more recent shot), this location is definitely on the east side of the West Cross Route near the bridge in the Freston Road area.
